Within the framework of the European programme EWCORA – “Europe: We Are the Colours of the Rainbow”, our school successfully participated in a mobility hosted in Spain in 2026.
The Greek delegation consisted of: Mrs Efraimidou Kyriaki (Coordinator), Mr Koulentzas Vasilis and three students
The programme included a structured series of educational, cultural, and collaborative activities designed to promote intercultural dialogue, creativity, and European citizenship.
Educational Programme Highlights
Participants engaged in:
- Welcome ceremony and ice-breaking activities
- School tour and collaborative workshops
- Educational visit to Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias in Valencia
- Visit to Museu Faller de València
- Study visit to Elche (Palmeral and Basilica of Santa María)
- Educational visit to Alicante
- Implementation of Fallas Workshops (Parts 1 & 2)
- Exhibition of student creations and presentation of traditional dances
- Teachers’ coordination meeting
- Farewell ceremony and certificate award
The programme successfully combined formal and non-formal educational approaches, fostering teamwork, creativity, and intercultural communication among participants.
Cultural Enrichment Visit
On their return journey, the Greek delegation also visited Barcelona, where they explored significant cultural landmarks, including the iconic Sagrada Família and Antoni Gaudí's architectural works. The visit also included a guided tour of the historic city centre and the coastal area.
